Mini: Super trend for yet another season
The short floral dress, leather skirt, and everyday shorts are refreshed in super-mini length.
At the Spring/Summer 2026 fashion shows, fashion houses and designers agreed on one thing: this season, mini-length pieces will be worn with passion, and in a variety of styles that are completely different from each other. Just take a look at Jonathan Anderson's first show for Dior—the designer presented the mini skirt in no less than 22 different versions: in classic blue denim, soft pink or khaki, with a faded finish, frayed or leather.
Others, such as Prada, brought back micro-shorts in variations made from technical fabrics, while Chloé played with mini dresses inspired by 1950s lingerie and decorated with oversized floral motifs.
The duo behind Loewe, on the other hand, chose to reinvent the diving suit as a bodysuit worn with colour-blocking.
