CFDA Awards 2025: Looks from the red carpet

 

The appearances that stood out from the glamorous awards ceremony.

Yesterday, the CFDA 2025 Awards took place in New York, where a host of glamorous guests gathered to celebrate American fashion. Hosted by Teyana Taylor, the ceremony returned to the American Museum of Natural History—where it has been held many times in the past—and began with a cocktail party before the formal dinner and awards presentation.

Statement dresses dominated. Supermodel Amber Valletta wore the iconic Versace jungle print dress that J.Lo made famous at the 2000 Grammy Awards, while Lily Allen opted for a "revenge dressing" look (listen to her new album, West End Girl, to understand why) with an elegant bralette and matching Colleen Allen skirt.

As for the best-dressed men of the evening, Alton Mason opted for a more relaxed, open suit (literally), while Sombr impressed with his tiny Thom Browne suit.

The evening was dedicated to the love of classic pieces... with a twist. Boring or monotonous designs are not allowed!
